Abstract

A case of a 52 year-old female who was admitted due to neglected 4th degree perineal laceration of 7 years duration due to an obstetrical trauma is reported. Patient presented with severe incontinence preoperatively as graded from the Cleveland Clinic Incontinence Score. Sphincteroplasty was done with good continence.
